An end-to-end Shipyard Project Management System, plus a Trucking Management Application with real-time GPS tracking.
Problem
Shipyard project workflows and trucking logistics both ran on manual, fragmented processes — project status tracked outside any single system, and truck fleets coordinated without real-time visibility.
Architecture
PHP backends (Laravel, CodeIgniter, and CakePHP, depending on the project) paired with Vue.js frontends. The trucking system layered in GPS tracking and analytics on top of the same full-stack foundation.
Execution
Built the Shipyard Project Management System to cover the workflow end-to-end — from project intake through to completion, in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and conversations. Maintained and improved the Trucking Management Application's GPS tracking and analytics as fleet operations grew.
Impact
Operations teams gained a single system to track shipyard projects and truck fleets in real time instead of relying on manual coordination — full-stack range across backend, frontend, and real-time data that later underpinned the move into frontend and AI specialization at Inspigo.
